Dit weekend was de fysieke aftrap voor het boek dat ik aan het maken ben. Door alle juweeltjes die op de site en straks in het boek de revue passeren, viel onze grote, dikke dame namelijk nogal in het niet. En dus haalde ik het beestje uit haar winterslaap en ging aan de slag met honderd duizend meter Masking Tape. Ben super blij met het resultaat. Het is best een precies werkje, maar totaal niet vervelend om te doen. Bonus: als het niet goed is, trek je het zonder schade weer los en plak je het er opnieuw op.
Vandaag heeft Caroline de caravan in vol ornaat gefotografeerd voor het boek, dat zijn dus niet deze foto’s zoals je kunt zien. Dit is slechts een sneak peak, want ik kan ze niet natuurlijk voor me te houden tot de lancering van het boek ;-).
This weekend was the kick off for the book I’m making. Because of all the fancy caravans on my site en in the coming book, I really thought that our big fat lady needed a makeover. So I took her out of her wintersleep and revamped her with thousands meters Masking Tape. I’m very happy with the result. It’s a precise job, but not annoying at all. Bonus: when you make a mistake, you easily take it off without any damage to the paintwork.
Today Caroline shot pics of the caravan for the book. These are not the pics of the shoot, obviously. This is just a sneak peak, because I’m to proud to hold them in the pocket till the launch of the book ;-).
